UEFA EURO 2020

Credit card closed - UEFA refund

Has anyone had a confirmation email from Uefa of successful refund but the credit card they used is no longer active?

Wondered if anyone had been given any contact at UEFA that we can liaise with re refunds?

I closed down my credit card account last year so put my bank details into the UEFA website assuming that the refund would bounce back and then they would send me money through Iban/Bacs but I have since received the email saying successful refund....

Thanks for any help

    Hi there,
Have you phoned up your Credit Card provider as the money may be held in a suspence account waiting for you to contact them to release the funds to you ?
    Regards Edward David.

You can send Uefa an email via your Uefa ticket account.
