EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Cheapest England ticket you have ever bought

With all the doom and gloom at present here is something a little different

what is the cheapest ticket you ever bought for a england game ?
mate I go with was looking at his euro 88 tickets which were a fiver each . Had a look at my euro 92 tickets which was in Sweden and I think the group games were £20 each but if memory serves me we got tickets for the friendly in russia  in 92 from the ground and not through the FA and they were 50 p

I know that was slightly cheating but how low can you go ?

    In reply to Paddy Buckley:

These last two (Paddy Buckley and Philip Sherwin) represent my first home game (also £1.50) and my first away game. The Paraguay game cost me about £80 but that included the Paraguay game, the Argentina 1/4 final the semi-final (Arg vs Belgium) and the Final. I know people got it cheaper but we just bought the lot so could get on with other things. But £80 for 4 WC knockout games including the final is unlikely to be repeated.

It was. Even cheaper in the home end at £4, although I ended up paying £50.

As others have said, Ukraine (after the refund), Moldova and Kosovo all around the £5 mark.

Went to the under 21s away to Bulgaria u21s in 2007, at CSKA Sofia’s ground. Admission was free; mind you, barely any cover so got drenched by torrential rain in the second half

Yeah I have memories of this being about £4. So think that’s probably mine.
