STICK ,TWIST, OR WAIT

hi all just wondering what everyones plans are regarding tickets 

do you A cash in take the money 

            B gamble and see how it pans out March/ June 

            c wait a few days and see what the FA comes up with 

Friday we were going to cash in take the money and run but after some carefull though and reading comments on here we have decided to wait till next Friday and see how things pan out

    What I just don't get is, why is it so difficult to get a refund? Surely if I can't or don't want to go, they will welcome the ticket return as there will be a queue of people waiting? It baffles me completely.
