EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Credit Card No. Changed Since Original Euro 20 Order

Does anyone know how you can update your credit card information with UEFA? My mastercard has expired (and been re-issued) since the original Euro 2020 ticket order. The 16-digit card number has changed too.  I've logged into UEFA (and click on the ticket return link sent out this week) and cant see anywhere where you can updated personal payment account details?

Any help much appreciated.

I've dropped UEFA a message too, but if anyone has been through this already and can share some nuggets of info that would be great!

Cheers

Jeff

It should not matter as it is the same account.....I thought the same with recent travel refunds, but they were all successfully refunded to the new number.

    In reply to Michael Palfrey:

I agree Michael, any refunds will get back to us as long as it’s the same credit card albeit the number may have changed.
