UEFA EURO 2020

Mobile tickets

Wondering if anyone can shed any light on this. I’ve read a few posts about not having compatible devices for tickets etc, as a lead applicant can you keep your groups tickets on one phone? Even in the event someone’s phone dies or would a screenshot work?

As you highlight, doing it the Montenegro way makes things more difficult if one of your party does not have a compatible smart phone.

Agreed...neither system is ideal, but the Nations League system seems to reduce the hassle involved.

This is too complex for me! For the Italy game I'm the lead booker. If someone on my booking can't attend, they would need to download the ticket to their phone and then they could transfer it to me on my phone?

For you to do what with it? Take a non member in with you? I wouldn't have a problem with that as the ticket doesn't go to waste, but others might as your mate is getting caps for not attending

blogs: Sue Smith: Never mind the heat, it’s the humidity that gets you

Everyone’s talking about the temperature and humidity in Manaus and of course it’s going to affect the players, but they will have gone through every method to make sure they are in the best possible condition to cope. I was reading that they were in saunas on their breaks and wearing jackets in training and that’s the same sort of things we tried to do in China at the 2007 World Cup. People talk...

And so to Rio de Janeiro, where warm up results will be quickly forgotten as hearts and minds concentrate on the games that really matter. Brazil’s former capital has already entered into the spirit of the World Cup – not just because the...

blogs: David Stone: Roy's Q & A embraces the fans

Following Wednesday's match we spent the evening out with a load of Ecuador supporters in the Clevelander club on South Beach. Interestingly enough, every member of their group lived in the US and had flown into Miami because it was a chance to see Premier League players. I suspect this was the case with most of the Ecuadorean support, living up to the saying 'you've only come to see the England!' The...
