EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Don't forget to pay for your tickets!

We've posted the link for the waiting list for those who applied through the General Public Sale. Please fill out your details correctly if you made a mistake with your application the first time around.

http://www.thefa.com/news/2020/jan/30/euro-2020-payment-update

Upon investigation with UEFA regarding the small number of fans who applied through the General Public sale, we can ascertain that they either did not follow the correct links provided or once through to UEFA's website, did not select England as their Participating National Association (PNA) which means they will have gone through to the General Public Sale.

UEFA included several prompts on their website for "clicking here" if you were part of the England Supporters Travel Club, so if you arrived at UEFA's website organically, there were pointers for you to follow.

Step-by-step instructions: http://www.thefa.com/news/2019/nov/29/euro-applications-291119

For those who did this, you would've received an email from UEFA confirming your application had submitted however, this will have included the following paragraph

"After the random draw you will be able to view the status of your application by logging into your ticketing account to EURO2020.com (no changes or cancellation will be accepted after the closing of the application phase".

If you applied through the correct route, this paragraph will not have been included. We appreciate that this may not be clear for some members but UEFA have one ticket portal to cover all nations submitting applications so there is potentially limited changes that can be made to suit every fan applying.

As previously communicated on the 27th January, we do not have any spare tickets available. We have contacted UEFA to ask about purchasing an additional allocation of tickets and any that remain unsold from our original allocation after the payment portal has closed. We understand that some fans want an immediate resolution, however we advise you to please complete the waiting list and await further updates via the website and email. Once we know what tickets (if any) we can acquire, we will then need to decide how these tickets are allocated (via a ballot for example).

Cost of tickets

We're receiving a number of emails from members unhappy with the price of tickets. These prices were set by UEFA before applications opened and we did our best to encourage members to only apply for tickets they could feasibly afford and that you could not pick and choose which tickets to accept.

If you cannot afford to pay for all the tickets you've been allocated, unfortunately we cannot assist you in this area.

If you've elected to pay for tickets on a card that expires before August 2020, that's fine but you must bear in mind that there may be an additional delay in receiving the refund for any unconditional tickets post-tournament.

FAQs

We are continuing to update our FAQs as the tournament nears. We understand that we've provided members with a lot of information over the last few months but it has been done so for your benefit.

    In reply to Josh Bennett:

Impossible to say. They will either go on sale via an FA waiting list, distributed in cap order or UEFA will just put them on sale on their portal first come first served.

To pay for your tickets, click the hyperlink in your email from UEFA (the one in big red text ) and this will take you straight through to the payment portal. Please ensure you login with exactly the same details you used to apply for your tickets.

The ESTC team do not manage or have access to UEFA's ticket portal so we're unable to help if your payment card is declined for any reason. If you're having difficulty logging in or have forgotten your details, please contact UEFA on the link below

When Peru narrowly failed to make the World Cup in 1998, their coach was Juan Carlos Oblitas, a winger from their side of the late 70s and early 80s. Oblitas remains an important voice in the Peruvian game – and he is not happy with the squad that...
