EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Euro 2020 Plans for group games (London)

Whats everyones plans for the Wembely group games?

I've heard rumours of a large fan zone at Greenwich and a smaller one at Potters Fields both free without ticket,

I myself wasn't alive for 96 so I have no idea on the best areas in London for mass pre-game drinks and atmosphere ... Trafalgar Square has always seen to have been a favourite for club teams at Wemebly for finals ect.

You've got a Sunday afternoon match vs Croatia which should be good one, also i don't wanna jump the gun... but a possible game against Scotland on a Friday evening would be the ultimate dream.

    In reply to Clarke Buckeridge:

Once on Jubilee line it is not advisable to change at Baker Street, station & trains will be so busy it will probably be quicker and more convenient to stay on Jubilee

blogs: Tim Vickery: Can England pass Peru's back three test?

When Peru narrowly failed to make the World Cup in 1998, their coach was Juan Carlos Oblitas, a winger from their side of the late 70s and early 80s. Oblitas remains an important voice in the Peruvian game – and he is not happy with the squad that...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Prototype Peru may prove just as welcoming to England as Wembley itself

Peru have not only been invited to Wembley this Friday to give a South American flavour to England’s World Cup send-off. Presumably, the idea is that the fans will go home happy and the team will get a pre-tournament morale boost. Only goal difference...
