EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

The Travel Club membership is now closed!

The 2018-2020 England Supporters Travel Club membership closed at 1pm on Monday 16 December. It is not possible to join the Travel Club in order to access EURO 2020 tickets or apply for Austria v England tickets.

To give all members a fair chance of being allocated tickets, we've taken the decision to close the membership. If you're an existing member, there is nothing for you to worry about and your membership is still valid until July 2020.

Only members of the England Supporters Travel Club are eligible to apply for tickets. We encouraged all fans to upgrade to the Travel Club before the end of November in order to be able to submit their application when UEFA's ticket portal opened but if you're still thinking of joining in time for tomorrow's deadline, unfortunately you're too late.

If you joined the Travel Club before 1pm on Monday 16 December, you will receive your EURO 2020 access code by 3pm today. If you do not receive your code by this time, please contact the England Supporters club before 5pm today. The telephone number to call is 0800 389 1966 or email englandsupportersclub@thefa.com.

If you need to contact the England Supporters Club, you must include your FAN number in all correspondence or calls.

Last minute applications

If you have yet to submit your application on UEFA's website, please do so now. Once you're on UEFA's website, you'll be asked to verify that you're not a robot, enter your access code and submit your application. For assistance, please refer to our EURO 2020 FAQ page and the step-by-step instructions we previously created for members.

    See the FAQ.

Are you sure the details you've entered into the UEFA portal match the ones you've already entered for your England Supporters membership.

Double check DOBs, fan numbers and name etc ON BOTH sites

    Good luck

    I don't know that I'll be honest.

Draft and send an email to England Supporters Club with your specific question with both your fan numbers and names.

In the meantime someone with a child may visit here and answer.

Further to this message, the final data upload to UEFA has now been completed. Any members who joined the Travel Club yesterday and are leaving their application to the last minute, please be mindful that the England Supporters Club may not be able to assist you with your application. It was for this reason that we advised everyone to submit their application early to avoid making any mistakes.

Firstly, I'm going to assume that your brother is a member of the Travel Club. He cannot be a guest on your ticket application if he is not a Travel Club member in his own right.

These are some of the solutions which other members with a similar problem found would work.

If your brother is under 16 then he MUST be registered as a junior member on someone else's (adult) account. Is he registered as a junior on your account ? Or your father, uncle, etc. Click on your name at the top right of any page on this site. On the next page, scroll down to where it says "My account e.g. address" and click there. This takes you to your personal details page. This page will show whether your brother is a junior member on your account. If he isn't try the accounts of other family members who are in the supporters club.

When you have found his details, take a note of his membership number. You will need to put this into your ticket application when you input the guest details.

Next, check that the details, both for your brother and yourself, are the same on your FA personal details page and on your ticket application. A common discrepancy is that the date of birth on the FA personal details page is incorrect and so it doesn't agree with what you keyed into the ticket application. If this is the problem then there isn't time to get the FA personal details page corrected and for the FA to send these details to UEFA. So, what you must do is fill in the same wrong details on your ticket application so that the two sets of information agree. Then, AFTER Euro 2020, get the details corrected.

Finally, does your brother have a passport number ? If he doesn't have a passport then, when you key in his details on the ticket application site as your guest, use your own passport number for him too.

I hope one or other of these solutions works for you !

blogs: Sue Smith: England’s forward focus can rattle Uruguay

Before every tournament most people are guilty of thinking a bit higher of England than they probably should - me included, I thought we would beat Italy 2-0! But despite the result I think we must take lots of positives from the performance. It was great to see the players actually go for it in the match and I thought we were quite entertaining. Raheem Sterling was great - every time he got the ball he looked dangerous...

blogs: Graeme Le Saux: Deny Luis Suarez space and England can prevail

How do you stop Luis Suarez? The key for England will be communication and getting tighter defensively than they did against Italy. There was an uncertainty and a vulnerability to England's defence, particularly down the left, on Saturday night...

blogs: John Hemmingham: Even Balotelli’s fiancée knows this band on the run

There is no better place to be as the leader of England’s band than at a World Cup in Brazil – but the one downside is we don’t know if we’ll be allowed to play inside the stadiums! This country has two loves, music and football...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Brazil-Spain jostles for position as football's new super-rivalry

Now might be a good time to remind everyone that Spain lost their first match in the last World Cup – and look what happened to them! And so, to take our minds off the result in Manaus, I decided to have a look at one of world football’s most...

blogs: Adrian Bevington: The connection between England’s players and fans at a World Cup cannot be overestimated

Even now I can recall it perfectly. Lucio stumbled and miscontrolled when heading towards his own goal, and Michael Owen seized the moment. I knew at that point, in Shizuoka in 2002, that Michael would score. And I have to confess that at that moment I really did think we are going to win the World Cup. It is an emotion that takes over you, and although it didn’t turn out to be correct, one of the great pleasures...
