EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Get ready for EURO 2020 applications - top or lower tiers?

So the different category of tickets would appear to include both the top and lower tiers at Wembley (I assume excluidng the middle ring of shame which will be for coporates).

There is a big difference between buying a category 3 ticket behind the goal in the lower tier & a ticket on the top tier right at the back. The view can't be compared, yet the price is the same in all categories.

I would prefer tickets in the lower tier, does anyone know this can be achieved? Perhaps I need to contact Team England?

    In reply to David Lilley:

My recollection (which doesn't mean it's correct of course!) is that the Nations League app had a fair degree of functionality regarding the transfer of tickets.

The tickets we bought through the ESTC could not be transferred (the "Transfer" button on the app was greyed out and there was a banner on the screen to the effect of "cannot be transferred").

The tickets we bought through the UEFA public sale could be transferred - and there wasn't a restriction in terms of the email address used for the transfer. However the recipient had to either be registered with UEFA or, if not, set up a UEFA registration in order to then access the tickets.

So I think there was a fair degree of control imposed.

Personally I am comfortable with the scenario whereby ESTC tickets cannot be transferred at all but that public sale tickets can be (subject to the recipient also registering).

It'll be interesting to see how it all works for Euro2020.

At Marseille as you say, CAT 3&4 were roughly in the same place. Due to there being more than the odd gap, we stood in CAT 3 after a while, with some other mates, and nobody mentioned anything. It's a total lottery and the CAT2 thing is a right bit of nonsense.

I think there should be a cat 4 and cat 5 at Wembley simply because it's so big. €945 to sit in the top tier especially at the back would be very disappointing .Cat 1 should be lower tier between both penalty boxes. It's so obvious.
