EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

ESTC Ticket Application

I’m sure i read somewhere UEFA Official supports fans (ESTC) ticket sales were due to start around December 3rd.

Having just logged into my UEFA Portal, same as used for the UEFA Nations League, I’ve noticed they have a lock on all personal account information.

Well worth everyone checking before going ahead to place orders. I myself have a new passport and this information is locked and only UEFA can change it,

The only email address if been able to find to get it sorted is:

UEFA-Store@sportnex.de

Hopefully helps a few people out if anyone’s in the same boat

When I log in, under the passport/ID section it has my travel club fan number instead of my passport number. Is the same for anyone else?

T&C’s are up along with ability to change passport details & box for access code. Amazingly not through the ESTC site but the link earlier on this thread.

Using the 'Register with UEFA' link the FA have provided in their email, for the lead bookers to check their details, from the 21/11/19 the only details I can see on my UEFA account profile are:

    Member since
    First name
    Last name
    Email
    Ticketing email address
    Country (optional)
    Post code (optional)
    Date of birth
    Gender (optional).

    I.e. no passport details.

I remember earlier this year, for the Nation's League, that some ESTC members were using a different (wrong) link to apply for tickets (i.e. a non dedicated ESTC one).

Is this the case now or am I being daft?

Matthew, first log in to your UEFA.com account. Then, on this web page

    www.uefa.com/.../ticketing

click the 'Register your interest' button. It should say "Welcome Mr. Your Name".
Over on the right is a 'Profile' button. If clicked, it will show all of your personal data.

    In reply to David Lilley:

    Thank you David

I've done this with the link you've provided and my profile details are indeed more comprehensive (Nationality and Passport details now retained from the Nation's League).

I've also repeated the step with the link provided within the email and it's just the subset as I've described above still.

Hence I'll bet other ESTC members will only be checking a subset of their information if they use the email link rather than the link you've just provided.

So, I check my UEFA Account and then my NATIONS LEAGUE Account and at first I could only find the ‘main info’ as previously described. However, upon using the previously shown link I get into the ‘other’ profile details and Shock and Horror my passport details are incorrect :( Message sent to UEFA with a copy of my new passport. I now await a reply...

Cheers for the link, the site is a bit of a mess. My friend will have a new passport by the time the tournament comes round, do you think it will affect anything? I expect he’d just leave his old details for now and go through the above process for changing it when he gets a new one? Don’t want it to affect the application

I will be in that situation too. I want to leave the renewal as late as possible because I'm going to have to give up some of the unexpired term on my current passport. The Passport Office no longer adds on any unexpired term. If there is an easy process for updating the passport information held in the UEFA ticketing database, then I will follow it. But I have been thinking about what would happen if I were to leave the old details.

As far as I can guess, the reason why UEFA want your passport number is to use it as a unique personal identifier. It will distinguish you from anyone else of the same name : maybe someone with your name may even share your date of birth. I cannot think of any adverse consequences from leaving your old passport number in the database if the update procedure is slow or bureaucratic. You just need to ensure that, when downloading and registering for the Euro 2020 mobile phone ticketing app, you enter the passport number which UEFA hold in their database.

Do make sure though that your passport details held by ESTC and UEFA agree with each other. If you update one then update the other too, in case there is any cross-checking.

I think we can expect in the next couple of weeks a very comprehensive bulletin from the FA explaining how the ticket application process works. Hopefully, your question will be covered.

If members are applying for tickets as a group, only the lead booker will need to have a UEFA ticketing account and an access code. So, your kids won't need to register for an account or get an access code themselves. I would expect that they will have to be named on your application and their ESTC member numbers given. Let's see what the bulletin says.

I had this issue with the Nations League, I got a new passport the day after you had to buy tickets, so on my order and everywhere, it was my old passport details, however when I was out there it would be with my new passport details, so I was a bit worried when England said you had to carry your passport to show ID to get into games and I worried that they would see the 2 numbers wouldn't match. So I emailed the supporters club and told them the situation and they said because my passport was valid at the time of purchasing the tickets then it didn't matter about the different passport details. So i think as someone has mentioned they use the passport details to cross reference people with the same name.

Saying all this, my old passport details are still on my UEFA account, so i'll update this before the application window opens.
