EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

ESTC Ticket Application

I’m sure i read somewhere UEFA Official supports fans (ESTC) ticket sales were due to start around December 3rd.

Having just logged into my UEFA Portal, same as used for the UEFA Nations League, I’ve noticed they have a lock on all personal account information.

Well worth everyone checking before going ahead to place orders. I myself have a new passport and this information is locked and only UEFA can change it,

The only email address if been able to find to get it sorted is:

UEFA-Store@sportnex.de

Hopefully helps a few people out if anyone’s in the same boat

Hi Andrew, I've just done the same as I have a new passport and a new email address...I couldn't find an email address to get in contact with them, even though it clearly states that you should 'get in contact'. Can you let me know how you get on with the email address you've found e.g If they actually read it and action it?

If you haven't already read this, I strongly suggest you follow Andrew's advice and check your details if you already have a UEFA ticket account....

    Hi Andrew

I had a new passport as well and got it resolved. I contacted them using the form found here
    support.tickets-euro2020.uefa.com/.../new

    They then emailed from support.tickets.euro@uefa.ch

They will require a photo attached of your new passport as proof but they had mine sorted within a day of me contacting them.

The Euro 2020 FAQs are currently offline as they are being re-written. Hopefully, the new FAQs will be much more comprehensive than the previous version and will cover issues like new passports.

We will access the ticket application web page through a new portal dedicated to England Supporters Travel Club members. Where you already have a UEFA ticketing account, your details will probably be automatically imported. I would be surprised if there weren't any facility to edit your details. 10% of people who went to the Nations League will have new passports by next summer (including me) and 40% of those who went to Euro 2016. If there were no edit facility then this would cause a lot of unnecessary work for the UEFA ticketing staff to make the changes manually themselves.

The passport information is probably held as a unique identifier within the system. I don't know what else they might do with the information. Certainly, nobody at the stadiums asked to see my passport either at Euro 2016 or the Nations League. But, if a passport edit facility is not made available, just leave your old number up and then take your old passport with you to the Euro 2020 matches.

Once the new FAQs are up and running there will be a "contact us" option. This can be used to ask questions about passports if they haven't been addressed elsewhere. It will probably also be possible to find a fan support email address with a bit of digging.

    Update :

Some good answers from members who beat me to it. Thanks to Michael for finding the fan support email address.

I would still suggest people waiting to see what edit capabilities there will be on the other side of the new ticket portal before asking UEFA to change your details.

Hi David, thanks for this...Thanks to Michael too...
David, there's a hopefully, a probably, and an if in your answer which is comprehensive as usual!
Having said that I'm inclined to agree that there will be an edit facility once its up and running..
I'm applying with my 2 sons whose England Fans numbers are linked to mine, so this will need adding anyway...
    Thanks again!

I checked both my wife’s and my UEFA account a week or so ago and in doing so we found that my wife had an old email address which is now defunct. Upon editing the profile only the communication email address could be updated whereas the email address for tickets could not. I found the contact link as above to point out the error and received a contact reference number which has not been responded to as yet.

Are they allowed to keep your information for this length of time, I thought all the data protection legislation that was brought in was meant to stop this.

    In reply to Paddy Buckley:

I never considered it from that point of view. I think they are supposed to keep your information for the shortest time consistent with the purpose. Perhaps by creating a UEFA ticketing account yourself and not deleting it, you are effectively saying that you want them to continue holding your information ??

So can you just delete your account and the app, and then download it again and put your new info in like your starting from scratch.

Hi Andrew, I had exactly the same - I've been advised by UEFA that I need to send them a copy of my passport before they will change the email address for tickets even though I was able to change the email address for communication...There are now 2 email addresses on my profile!
When I suggested if this could be amended by myself when the ticket portal opens on 4th December, or just create a new account, the answer was that I need to send them a copy of my passport (Appears to be a stock answer!).
