I am a member of the supporters club but not the travelling club. If I upgraded today would I get access to any tickets for the final?

Looking at buying a ticket off someone on Twitter and they say they can transfer it using the uefa ticketing app… Is this bullet-proof or could it be refused at the gate? Any help would be massively appreciated

HELP! Member of ESTC but only applied for tickets through the UEFA ticketing process. Is there any option to get a ticket through the ESTC process now? Me and my 7 year old are desperate!
