Got some tickets through general sale at UEFA as well and need to change details for refund if anyone can help please??

There website is not the easiest to navigate!

My brother got 2 tickets for England v Croatia in the general public sale (not a fan club member) and he’s moving house in January and he has no clue how to change his address for the tickets with UEFA?!?!

Any suggestions please? Looked at small print in website and stated you can change ticket address but neither of us can actually find the option!!
