I've been transferred a ticket and the app is saying I'm logged elsewhere (which I'm not)

Any ideas?

There's buzz about an e-mail being received by some members (not many) stating there may be further tickets available and to fill out a form...

Has anyone heard of this? Legit?

I've personally not had one of these e-mail's yet. Has anyone else? Apparently from Liam Moon who is a Wembley ticket manager.

Cannot find option on Euro 2020 ticket application page to change to easy access tickets? I asked UEFA and they just replied this:

'If you need Accessibility tickets, please edit your application. On the steps on Choosing your tickets, please select Accessibility tickets and make your selection accordingly.'

and

'On the step 3 of 4 you will need to upload the disability proof. That proof of disability should be a document that is widely accepted in the applicant’s country of residence. Please note that parking permits will not be regarded as valid proof of disability'
