Still no refund!

Is anyone else still not got there first refund back from last years tickets?

The money went into an account that has been closed for over a year and a half.

I have phoned x bank and they returned the money back to them (UEFA) over 3 weeks ago!

When I contact uefa I get some rubbish back that it’s in there system as completed and as far as they are concerned the matter is now closed!

I’m not sure what other fans financials are like but I can’t afford to loose over £1000 i tickets due to UEFA dragging there heels and being D****.

Anyone from a banking background able to give some info what to do next?

Any ideas what time the phones open tomorrow (Friday) my brother should have got a code at 4:00 but never got anything!

Waited on the phone but then lost signal as was driving and when I tried to phone back the lines had closed!!

I managed to get 2 fans first tickets for the semi final, the other games weve been to have been cat 2 tickets and i was wondering if any1 on here has had fan first tickets and what area are they or is it simply pot luck on where u get.

First a great atmosphere tonight and my throat is killing me already but… sadly I had to pop to the shop near Wembley arena to get a drink for the drive home (Sainsbury’s I think) and I was shocked and pissed off that a very small group of so called England fans!!!

They grabbed a group of German flags off some fans walking by… some where off women, They then snapped the sticks, spat on the flags and then tore the flags apart before putting them in the bin!!

I informed a police officer as I walked by one so hopefully got caught in the act! But this was shocking to see!!

It’s always a small few that give us fans a bad name!! But this is shocking.

Afternoon,

Ok so i've been playing around and i've found a way to get the tickets moved over. It comes down to trust and not messing over fans around which i hope most of us would honour / do! i'm going to write these instructions the way i've done it but I'm sure a bit of tweaking swapping will make sense for the other way around!

Contact the person you are buying the ticket from and ask them to supply you with the email they use for there UEFA account.
Once you have this Delete the Euro 2020 App from your phone or Download it if you don't have it?
Use the email supplied by the Seller to apply into the email line on the app
contact the seller asking to supply you with the code they have just been emailed.
Follow the on screen steps and then select keep ticket
This will then be stored on your phone but with there UEFA ID
Use as you would for normal entry
Enjoy the game!

It might be just me but all i've done today is sit wait and refresh the UEFA portal to get a white screen! Even when i was put in a queue as more tickets where being released to get on at 1pm i managed to finally get in... to get the sold out screen straight away! What a waste of time!!

I'm just after 2 tickets for the England V Germany!!

Also to add insult i'm still waiting for the £1000+ i paid for my tickets back in 2019 that still hasn't been refunded back to me!

Changing seats for UEFA tickets

I think this is a long shot, but I was able to secure 4 tickets through the UEFA sale, 3 are sat fairly close and 1 seat is miles away. Does anyone have any idea who I may be able to contact to try and change the final seat to closer by? UEFA or Wembley ticket office? Thanks, Caroline

Hi can anyone advise.I originally had all the Wembley games through ESC. However i have not yet been lucky to get a ticket following the reduced capacity. I note uefa were selling earlier and these are all sold. As i did not apply for the original last 16 game, will i still have the chance of applying for this game. If not just hope we get to the semi. My brother never received an email about his tickets! any ideas where we can check the results for his? I have mine and my dads but nothing for him!

Group tickets now individual?

I initially applied for tickets in a group with my brother in law.

I was successful in today’s ballot for the Scotland game and he was successful for the Croatia game.

I didn’t even realise they’d scrapped the group applications in the ballot.

Has anyone else got different tickets within their groups?

What a mess.
