I had same problem, rang ESTC, and they sent me a separate email with code. Problem was UEFA gave incorrect email address, but the guys at ESTC were excellent and sorted instantly……thanks you, and got fans first as well.

With an active caps total of 0, are you in sale window 4 ? If so, your access code(s) will not arrive until 4 pm, assuming that you are successful in the ballot. For information about the sales windows, see this FA bulletin.

blogs: Graeme Le Saux: Youth or experience for second Miami test?

The build-up to this tournament and that one 16 years ago is similar in many ways because there was a lot of experience in that England squad that I played in, and Michael really burst onto the scene. It was...

blogs: David Stone: Marvellous Miami is just like I pictured it

I've been to the US a few times before, but Miami really lives up to every cultural stereotype you can think of. It's big, bright and brash, not to mention full of hordes of identically-dressed, beautiful people. I’ve been to watch the Miami Marlins, the city's baseball team, in a local derby against the Tampa Bay Rays. While the stadium itself was two-thirds empty, the dozen or so England fans there...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Honduras and Professor Suarez lie in wait for Hodgson's hopefuls

The fitness of the Uruguay striker permitting, England have a date with Luis Suarez on 19 June. First, though, comes an encounter with his namesake on Saturday. Honduras are coached by Luis Fernando Suarez – a man who England fans have cause to...

blogs: Sue Smith: Striking a balance is key during a World Cup
