UEFA Nations League
If you got your ticket(s) through the UEFA ballot, the default delivery method will by mobile phone. There will be some paper tickets delivered by courier and some 'collect at stadium' but most will be by mobile phone. UEFA reserves the right to determine the delivery method at their sole discretion and they will inform people of the method which applies to them by 15th May.
Some time in May, UEFA will issue emails containing a link which will let you download a special Nations League app on to your phone. Once you've registered on the app, you will be able to download your tickets. They are not 'print at home': you take your phone to the stadium to be scanned. For Super Sunday tickets, you will have to download that ticket in Portugal after the semi-finals have taken place.
Guest tickets will be downloaded on to the phone of the applicant. He can send these tickets to the phone(s) of his guest(s) who will also need to have downloaded the app and registered on it.
I've read that the app will only work for iPhones and Android phones, but I have not been able to find confirmation on the UEFA website.
Anyone who doesn't have a smartphone has to contact UEFA asap after 15th May and no later than 1 day before the match.
Anyone who likes to save their paper tickets as souvenirs can buy a souvenir ticket from UEFA for €10 but it is not an alternative to the mobile ticket and it will not get you into the match.
If you got your tickets through the FA allocation, the FA are saying that it will be 'collection in person' in the host city, as per normal away games. However, this is still to be confirmed. Otherwise, the mobile phone method will apply.
