Spain v England ticket and ballot update

Due to the short time-frame before the game, we have conducted a ballot based on our guaranteed allocation of 3000 tickets. Should we receive an additional allocation of tickets we will then conduct a further ballot, based on the same membership rules, to allocate the tickets.

Please note that the ballot was conducted based on the caps totals prior to the September internationals against Spain and Switzerland. Based on the 4957 members who registered for this match, the caps cut off point for being guaranteed a ticket is 18.

The ballot results will be sent out via email today, Wednesday 12 September, and available to view on your account in due course on www.thefa.com/england-supporters/travel-club-tickets-matches.

As previously advised discussions are still ongoing with the RFEF to request additional tickets to meet the demand of all those members who wish to attend this match.

We expect the pricing to be confirmed as £23 per ticket for this match.

How a Ballot Works
If an away match is oversubscribed, I.e. the number of members who have registered their interest in the game is greater than the allocation we have received, the tickets will be allocated in the following way:

70% of the ticket allocation will be offered to the ESTC members with the highest number of caps. The number of caps you will require to qualify for the top 70% of the ticket allocation will depend on: (i) the number of members at the relevant time who have applied for the match; and (ii) the size of our allocation for that game. The remaining 30% of the ticket allocation will be balloted to all remaining members who registered their interest.

Successful Applicants
You will be able to purchase your ticket from 12pm Friday 21 September until 3pm Monday 24 September. You can purchase your ticket by calling the England Supporters Club ticket line on 0844 847 2010 or via www.thefa.com/tickets.

Please be aware that group bookings are limited to a maximum of 4 members per group and each person will need to be a Travel Club member who was successful in the ballot. If you wish to be seated as a group, please book your seats in one order. You will need to provide the Travel Club FAN number and dates of birth of each member of your group so please ensure you have these to hand before you log in or call to buy. We will not be able to add further seats to a booking at a later date.

Unsuccessful Applicants
If you still wish to attend the match but were not allocated a ticket via the ballot there is a 2nd chance sale which begins at 12pm on Tuesday 25 September. Any tickets that go unclaimed in the first sale will be made available to Travel Club members on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you didn’t register your interest in a ticket for this fixture, we cannot retrospectively add you into the ballot now that it has been conducted and so you will need to attempt to purchase a ticket in the 2nd chance sale.

Wheelchair Accessible Tickets
We are still awaiting final confirmation of our Wheelchair allocation and will be in contact with all those who registered for these tickets in due course regarding the potential ballot and how to purchase your tickets. We hope to have this allocation finalised by the RFEF within the next few days.

Cancellations
Due to the short time before the match please be aware that no refunds will be offered for members who purchase tickets and are then unable to attend.

England v USA: Ticket sale

England v USA tickets go on sale to 2018-2020 Travel Club members on Monday 3 September.

England face the USA at Wembley Stadium for the first time in ten years on Thursday 15 November (kick off 8pm)

2018-2020 Travel Club members (including those who require Wheelchair or Ambulant seating) will be able to purchase their tickets from midday on Monday 3 September until 3pm Thursday 6 September. Tickets will then go on sale to members of the free Supporters Club from 2pm Friday 7 September.

The General public sale will start at midday on Friday 14 September.

2018-2020 Travel Club members will receive £5 off their match tickets to the USA game (£2.50) during both sale periods. With the Travel Club discount applied Category 1 tickets will be £50 and Category 3 tickets £30. Family enclosure tickets will also be available.

FAQs

Q. I am a 2018-2020 ESTC member, can I purchase for non-members during the first sale (3-6 September)?

A. The first sales window is similar to that of an England away match so it is for Travel Club members buying for themselves and other Travel Club members. This is so that the most loyal fans get priority access to the best seats in the stadium.

Q. I am an ESC member and buying more than one ticket, do I have to provide fan numbers for everyone in my group?

A. No, the fan assign field is an optional extra. If there are supporters in your group with ESC or ESTC memberships and wish to receive the caps for attending the match, you can enter their fan numbers. If you are taking non-members with you, please leave the fan assign field blank - as long as you are a member you will be able to buy up to 7 additional tickets for friends or family.

Q. Will I still get my Travel Club discount during the second ESC sale (7-12) as I usually buy for friends and family who are non-ESTC?

A. Yes, The ESTC discount will be applied to the Travel Club fan numbers assigned during the ESC priority sales window. Please be aware that ESC members will stay pay the standard ticket price.

Q. Why is the ESTC ticket window so short?

A. The ESTC priority sale window is running for 4 days, which is longer than similar priority windows in previous years. Based on feedback from supporters, we chose to put the match on sale after the World Cup to prevent fans who were in Russia from missing out.

Q. Do I have to renew or upgrade to the 2018-2020 membership to receive £5 off my match ticket?

A. Yes, the 2016-2018 Travel Club membership ended on the 15 July, so if you wish to receive a discount off your home match ticket and access England away games for the new season, you will need to renew or upgrade now.

Q. When will I receive my tickets?

A. Tickets to England home games are usually dispatched 2-3 weeks prior to kick-off. So although you may order your bundle now, you won't receive the tickets until nearer kick-off.

Q. Why has the price of an adult family enclosure ticket increased?

A. We have increased the price of an adult family enclosure ticket to align the price with the category 4 general admission ticket.

Spain v England registration now closed

The registration period for the Spain v England match which takes place on Monday 15 October closed at 3pm on Wednesday 15 August.

Update 28/08/2018: We are still awaiting ticket details and allocations from REFEF. As soon as we receive this information, we will let members who registered in a ticket know the outcome.

4957 Travel Club members registered their interest in a ticket for the match. Details on our allocation, ticket prices and whether we will need to conduct a ballot will be announced in due course. As soon as this information has been provided by the Spanish Football Federation we will inform all members via the website, email and Facebook.

Away Match Ticket Information

Tickets for England away matches must be collected by each individual from the host city. Collection details are sent to all ticket holders before an away game however in order to collect your ticket, you will need to bring a form of photo ID with you.

Tickets for away matches are non-transferable and it is against membership policy to sell (or advertise to sell) any England tickets either via social media or a third party website. The FA does not offer tickets for England away games to members of the free Supporters Club – they are exclusively available for Travel Club members.

2018-2020 Membership information

With the 2018-2020 season is underway, we would like to let members know about the process for away match tickets:

The ticket policy for England away matches is strictly one per Travel Club member. You can purchase up to four tickets in an order, but you must assign the remaining tickets to other 2018-2020 Travel Club fan numbers.

Tickets for England away matches must be collected by each individual from the host city. Collection details are sent to all ticket holders before an away game but in order to collect your ticket, you will need to bring a form of photo ID with you.

Croatia and Spain away

The Croatia v England UEFA Nations League fixture on Friday 12 October will be played behind closed doors – no tickets will be issued for this fixture.

Registrations for the Spain v England match on Monday 15 October have now closed. We will update those who registered with the full ticket details and outcome of the registration period once allocations and prices have been confirmed by RFEF.

General ticket information

Caps are awarded for attending England matches - not for purchasing tickets. In order to receive your caps, members need to ensure that their fan number is assigned to the ticket at the point of purchase. This also includes any linked junior accounts. Caps are then updated within a few days of each England men's senior match taking place.

For tickets purchased during the general sale, please email englandsupportersclub@thefa.com before the match takes place with the order number and the required fan numbers that need assigning. This way caps can still be awarded automatically within a few days of attending an England game.

Members are advised that caps cannot be retrospectively applied for matches that took place more than 21 days ago and if you attended an England game prior to becoming a member. No caps are awarded for attending tournament fixtures - this includes the World Cup and European Championships.

Tickets for England home games are usually dispatched 2-3 weeks prior to kick-off. If you elect to receive your tickets electronically, these are usually sent the week before the match via email for you to print off at home or save to an Apple device. Supporters are advised that tickets can arrive up to two days before a match takes place, but if, for whatever reason they do not receive their tickets, they can collect replacements at the West Box Office on match day (for matches held at Wembley Stadium).

New website

The England Supporters Club website (https://englandsupporters.thefa.com/) will be closed down in the next couple of months and moved to the main website thefa.com.

Once the new website is live, we will send emails to all members advising of the new location together with updates and information on the new features and layout.

Euro 2020

Members of the free England Supporters Club are advised that if they wish to attend England matches at Euro 2020 (subject to qualification) they will need to upgrade to the England Supporters Travel Club before applications open in December 2019.

The ticket policy for tournament fixtures is one per Travel Club member, so if you wish to attend as a group, all potential ticket holders need to be members of the Travel Club in order to be eligible to apply.

In the event that demand exceeds supply of tickets during the application process, a ballot will be undertaken based on members' caps. It is therefore the responsibility of the member to ensure they check their caps level after attending each England game to ensure that they do not potentially miss out on tournament tickets.

FIFA's World Cup refunds

We would like to advise Travel Club members who purchased conditional tickets for the World Cup Final that FIFA are still processing refunds.

Please do not contact the England Supporters Club requesting a refund as the transaction is with FIFA and not The FA.

If your payment details have changed since you purchased the tickets back in February, FIFA will contact you directly to confirm the new details.

2018-2020 ESTC Membership renewal discount deadline

2016-2018 Travel Club members are advised that the renewal discount deadline ends at 23:59 on Tuesday 31 July. After this time all members renewing will pay £75.

Travel Club members are advised that their membership will default back to the free England Supporters Club membership if they haven't already renewed.

The deadline for renewing to the 2018-2020 Travel Club membership at the discounted rate of £65 is 23:59 on Tuesday 31 July.

Members of the free Supporters Club can upgrade to the 2018-2020 Travel Club at any time, but you are advised to do so now if you wish to apply for tickets to the UEFA Nations League match against Spain on Monday 15 October.

Benefits of the Travel Club

The Travel Club scheme entitles members to access to both home and away England match tickets, whereas the free England Supporters Club membership is for home matches only.

The Travel Club membership is £75 for adults and £30 for juniors (£65 and £25 for renewing members before the 31 July 2018). The 2018-2020 membership period starts on the 15th July 2018 and runs until the 13th July 2020 so unlike traditional football club memberships, Travel Club members receive two years’ worth of benefits.

With the UEFA Euro 2020 around the corner and Wembley Stadium scheduled to host 7 matches (including the semi-final and final), plus the UEFA Nations League and ‘on the road’ games, the Travel Club membership provides England fans with the perfect opportunity to see The Three Lions in action both home and away.

Caps update

Travel Club members earn 2 caps for attending England matches both home and away. The caps system is in place to ensure that, should England away games and tournament fixtures be oversubscribed, that tickets will be distributed as fairly as possible and on the following basis: 70% of tickets will be awarded to fans at the top of the caps table with the remaining tickets going to a ballot.

Members are advised that the caps system runs on a maximum four year rolling basis so any caps earned prior to the 2016 European Championships will become 'inactive' shortly after July 19th 2018.

Members are reminded that no caps are awarded for attending tournament fixtures - they are only applied for attending friendlies and qualifiers using tickets purchased through The FA.

If you purchase tickets to an England home game during the members sale, you will be able to assign a FAN number to each ticket purchased, this will ensure that the caps are awarded automatically to each account upon attendance each match.

For tickets purchased outside the members sale you will need to ensure that all FAN numbers in the order are correctly assigned to the tickets by emailing us the details, otherwise caps will not be awarded. If FAN numbers are not assigned before a match has taken place, caps can still be claimed up to 21 days after the match by submitting an email request to englandsupportersclub@thefa.com, enclosing the order number and/or image of the ticket stub for the relevant game. Fans are reminded that caps can only be claimed for tickets purchased directly through The England Supporters Club and The FA.

Please be aware that we are unable to retrospectively apply caps for matches that have taken place more than 21 days after the match has taken place.

2018-2020 Caps update

As the 2018-2020 membership starts today, members are advised to take note of the following caps update.

At the start of every new tournament campaign, the caps system is updated; as the caps system runs on a maximum four year rolling basis, any caps earned prior to Euro 2016 will now become 'inactive'. This policy applies to all England Supporters Club and England Supporters Travel Club members.

Now that we are entering a new campaign, the total number of active caps possible is 40.

The caps system is in place to ensure that, should tickets to England away games and tournament matches be oversubscribed, they will be distributed as fairly as possible and on the following basis; 70% of tickets will be awarded to fans at the top of the caps table, with the rest of the tickets going to a ballot. We conduct the caps update every four years to allow new members the opportunity to start building their caps level towards tournaments.

As previously advised, no caps are earned for attending tournament fixtures, so if you did attend any matches at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, please do not request for your caps to be updated.

Bonus cap and renewal cap

To reward 2016-2018 Travel Club members for renewing their membership to the 2018-2020 season a single renewal cap will be added to the account.

If you are renewing for a second consecutive season (i.e joined in 2014-2016, renewed in 2016-2018 & renewing again for 2018-2020) you will also keep your renewal cap from the previous campaign.

We expect the updates to the caps to be completed by the end of this week. Please note that no renewal caps will be applied to any England Supporters Club accounts; the free membership scheme is one continual membership with no renewal periods.

Spain v England registration now open

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for Spain v England.

Gareth Southgate's World Cup semi-finalists will travel to Seville to take on Spain at the home of Real Betis, the Benito Villamarin stadium, on Monday 15 October (8.45pm K.O local time).

Registration Process

Travel Club members will be able to register their interest in a ticket to the Spain v England match from Thursday 26 July until 3pm Wednesday 15 August.

England head on the road for the first time this season on Tuesday 11 September when they face Switzerland at the King Power Stadium in Leicester.

2018-2020 Travel Club members will be able to purchase their tickets from midday on Thursday 19 July until Monday 23 July. Tickets will then go on sale to members of the free Supporters Club from Tuesday 24 July until Tuesday 31 July.

England exit the World Cup

England’s World Cup dream was brought to an end in Moscow, as extra-time heartache struck in the Luzhniki Stadium where Croatia struck late to seal a 2-1 win and a place in Sunday’s Final with France.

The Three Lions, who now face Belgium on Saturday to decide third place, will return home with pride after a summer adventure which has lifted the whole nation with their approach, application and attitude. Manager Gareth Southgate urged his players before the start of the tournament to write their own history in Russia, and that’s exactly what they have done by reaching England's first semi-final in 28 years as well as a first penalty shootout victory in the last-16 clash with Colombia. And with one of the youngest squads in the competition and only five players in the group having experienced a World Cup before, there’s plenty to look forward to as this group grows and develops further in the future.

The England Supporters Club would like to thank all the travelling fans for their support throughout the 2016-2018 campaign. Thank you to all the fans for getting behind the team in Russia and for staying behind at the final whistle to cheer on Gareth and his squad.

Third place play off

Tickets are now available to purchase for Saturday's match against Belgium. Tickets are only available to members of the 2016-208 Travel Club. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable or transferable and must be collected in person in the host city. To purchase a ticket, please call 0800 389 1966 by 5pm (BST) today.

Conditional final tickets

Travel Club members who purchased conditional tickets to the World Cup final are advised that FIFA will process the refunds onto the original payment card used after the tournament has ended. We expect this to completed by the first week in August.

Available Semi-final tickets

We are pleased to announce that we have secured a small number of additional tickets for Travel Club members for the Semi-Final against Croatia.

Update 1pm 11/07/2018: Unfortunately we have not been able to obtain any further tickets for tonight's match against Croatia. I appreciate that there are a number of fans still requiring tickets, however we have been advised by FIFA that more are being released on their website.

Update 12.30 10/07/18: We are now able to offer category 1 tickets to Travel Club members on 60 active caps and above until 2pm BST.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not accepting any further requests to be placed on the waiting list for the semi-final match tomorrow.

UPDATE 10/07/18: We are now pleased to be able to lower the caps level to 65 caps.

These tickets will only be offered to Travel Club members who have 65 active caps or more (originally it was 70+). If you sit just below 65 active caps (even if by one) please do not call and attempt to purchase a ticket. We understand it may be disappointing to be just beneath this caps level however please be aware we will be unable to offer you a ticket under any circumstance.

Travel Club members who qualify can call 0800 389 1966 on Tuesday 10^th July between 10am to 12pm (Midday, UK Time).

Initial sales

The initial ticket application window for Travel Club members began back in December 2017. Any tickets we did not sell within that ticket application window were released back to FIFA to sell via their own Ticketing Website. Therefore, although we did not sell out our given allocation at that time, this does not mean we now have access to those seats.

Naturally we understand some members will be disappointed however, based on FIFA’s application process, all supporters were given the opportunity to purchase tickets to this match between 5^th December 2017 and 31^st January 2018. We will however continue to lobby for additional tickets; we advise all members to check this website regularly for further updates.

In the meantime you may wish to keep an eye on FIFA’s Ticketing Website for any tickets that may be released there for this match. FIFA have already relisted a number of tickets in all three categories for Wednesday's match, and we expect more to released in the coming days.

England reach the Semi-finals!

England are into the 2018 FIFA World Cup semi-final after beating Sweden 2-0 in Samara.

Travel Club members with conditional tickets to Wednesday's match in Moscow are urged to collect their tickets now from any FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre or self-service machine in Russia. As with previous matches you will need a form of photo ID and the original payment card used to process the order.

If you have been allocated a conditional ticket to the match but can no longer go, please relist the ticket immediately on the FIFA website so that another Travel Club member can purchase it. Please be aware that from Monday, FIFA have advised the portal will not be accessible to relist tickets. If you are already in Russia and wish to transfer your ticket, you can do so by going to any FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre to do so.

Supporters are advised to visit the FIFA website frequently for further ticket sales for the semi-final; as teams drop out - more tickets will become available.

Waiting list

There is a substantial waiting list in place for tickets to Wednesday's match; if you have already emailed in your request to be placed on the waiting list, please do not resend it.

If you have emailed englandsupportersclub@thefa.com we will have received and if we are able to offer you a ticket, you will be sent an email. Please do not call or email again to chase ticket requests.

No tickets will be issued to non-members, members of the free Supporters Club and those on 0 caps.

We are working on a match-by-match basis (as it depends on England's qualification to final s of the tournament). If we are able to offer you a ticket to a match, please be aware that you must be able to collect it from the host city on match day. We will not be able to cater for specific seating requests and there is no option to pick lower or upper tier tickets.

Members on the waiting list are urged to check the price of the ticket categories available to ensure they have sufficient funds to purchase if they are offered one.

Once purchased, tickets are non-transferable or refundable.

We are experiencing a very high call and email volume so will endeavour to respond to supporters as soon as possible - please be patient whilst 'it's coming home!'

World Cup: waiting list update

Following England's win against Colombia there is now a waiting list in place for subsequent conditional tickets should England progress beyond the Quarter Finals.

The England Supporters Club is experiencing a very high call and email volume regarding ticket requests for the World Cup and we will respond to supporter enquiries as soon as possible.

Update 08.39am 06/07/2018: Any 2016-2018 Travel Club members who still require a ticket for Sweden v England can call 0800 389 1966 to purchase a category 1 ticket priced at £281. Tickets purchased today will need to be collected from the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Samara between 10am-2pm on match day or between 6-8pm today.

Update 11.15am 05/07/2018: Any Travel Club members on 35+ caps and above who DO NOT have a ticket for Saturday's game and wish to attend, please call 0800 389 1966 to purchase. We have secured a limited number of category 1 and 2 tickets to purchase.

We have received a small allocation of tickets from FIFA have begun offering them out to Travel Club members on the waiting list based on caps level.

If you have already emailed in your request to be placed on the waiting list, please do not resend it. If you have emailed englandsupportersclub@thefa.com we will have received and if we are able to offer you a ticket, you will be sent an email. Please do not call or email again to chase ticket requests.

As per the previous news story here, if you have not provided your fan number, caps level and contact details, you will not be added to the waiting list.

We are working on a match-by-match basis (as it depends on England's qualification to later stages of the tournament). If we are able to offer you a ticket to a match, please be aware that you must be able to collect it from the host city on match day. We will not be able to cater for specific seating requests and there is no option to pick lower or upper tier tickets.

Members on the waiting list are urged to check the price of the ticket categories available to ensure they have sufficient funds to purchase if they are offered one.

0 caps

Due to the high level of demand no tickets will be offered to any of England's remaining games (should they qualify) to members on 0 caps or to members who have not been to a single England game in the 2016-2018 membership period.

Non-members

If you are not a member of the 2016-2018 Travel Club membership, please do not email to be placed on the waiting list as your request will not be added. Please also be aware that joining the 2018-2020 Travel Club will not make you eligible for a ticket as priority goes to those who are existing members who have been to England matches this campaign. Your best route for tickets will be the FIFA website or a Venue Ticketing Centre in Russia if you are already there.
